Psychiatrist’s info can be used in murder trial

CLEVELAND — An appeals court on Thursday upheld a judge’s ruling that prosecutors could use some information gleaned from a psychiatrist’s interview with a man charged in the deaths of three women during the sentencing phase of his trial.
