Prosecutors recommend nearly 3 years in prison for former Redflex CEO

Federal prosecutors have asked a judge to sentence Karen Finley, the former Redflex CEO and a key figure in the red-light-camera corruption scandal in Columbus, to nearly three years in prison for her part in a bribes-for-contracts scheme. Finley is scheduled to be sentenced in U.S. District Court in Columbus on Aug. 10. Federal prosecutors recommend 27 to 33 months, according to court records.
