Prosecutor looks into township payroll errors

LANCASTER — The special prosecutor who charged Lancaster Mayor Brian S. Kuhn with failing to file a state-income tax return in 2014 and 2015 also is investigating payroll work that his former accounting-services company did for Bloom Township, the township's lawyer said.
