Proposals pitched for solving Short North's parking woes

Some residents in the Short North are concerned that new parking rules Columbus is considering won’t solve problems that have plagued one of its most popular districts. “We’ve got no parking. Period, enough,” Larry Corley, an Italian Village resident, said at a public hearing Tuesday. “I don’t see anybody taking responsibility.”
