Proposal for Six-Story Hotel on Lane Avenue Going Back to Board

A proposal to build a six-story hotel on Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington is going back to that city’s Board of Zoning and Planning.
Although the latest iteration of the project contains some design changes, the overall plan is similar to what was presented in February – the main building would front Lane Avenue and contain a 118-room Home2 Suites hotel over a ground-floor J. Liu Restaurant, while a rear parking garage and surface lot would provide enough parking for 159 cars.
