Project for specialized preschool finally set

A project first approved in 2011 to build a preschool for special-needs children at the Columbus City Schools’ Fort Hayes campus finally is set to break ground in the coming weeks. The project will renovate two historic structures, including a horse stable, from the Civil War-era Army base, and add a new wing, to create 42,000-square-feet of space for the Childhood League Inc.
