Prisoners won't get early release from Columbus halfway house

The U.S. Bureau of Prisons won't release four inmates early from a Columbus halfway house, after a federal judge challenged the move. The bureau had planned to free the inmates from Alvis, which the bureau said "is currently over the maximum quota."
