Prisoner charged with shooting death from last summer

Columbus police have charged a man already in prison with murder in the shooting death of a 16-year-old Columbus boy last August. Marquez Turner, 25, is accused of shooting Richard D. Ferguson IV on Aug. 18 while Ferguson was riding a bicycle in the 1000 block of E. 15th Avenue in South Linden.
