Prison officials reviewing policies after murderer escapes

Prison officials said they are reviewing their policies and procedures surrounding murderer John Modie's escape from a prison outside Nelsonville, Ohio. What they're not saying is how Modie got out of the Hocking Unit of the Southeastern Correctional Complex on Sunday, when he was missing from an 11 p.m. head count. He was captured about 24 hours later without incident at an abandoned gas station in Nelsonville.
