Prison food costs down, complaints up, report shows

Ohio prisons are saving more than $10 million a year by using a private company to feed inmates, a new report shows. But the Correctional Institution Inspection Committee report also shows inmate food complaints are up dramatically, and there are problems with private employees getting fired for having inappropriate relationships with prisoners.
