Polls have opened in Ohio, one of five states where Gov. John Kasich and fellow Republican Marco Rubio are fighting for their political futures. Both are desperate for wins in their home states of Ohio and Florida to keep their White House hopes alive and complicate Donald Trump's path to the nomination.
