Presidential campaign signs getting switched in Upper Arlington

Campaign yard signs have been used for decades to hammer a candidate's name into voters' minds while they drive, but in Upper Arlington, some homeowners say the wrong candidate's sign was hammered into their yards while they slept.
Hillary Clinton supporters' posters were swiped and replaced with Donald Trump signs.
"Our officers were made aware of it and most of our officers were able to coordinate with residents. No one really wanted a report but wanted us aware that there was some mischief in
