Power outage reported throughout downtown Columbus

COLUMBUS - Columbus police say a power throughout portions of downtown Columbus was caused by four substations that went down Thursday morning.Columbus State Community College, Franklin University, Columbus Division of Police Headquarters and The Riffe Center were among locations impacted by the outage.
