Powell Road reopens after reported water rescue in Delaware County

POWELL, OHIO - First responders have cleared the scene of a water rescue on Powell Road east of State Route 315in Delaware County.The Delaware County Sheriff’s office says they were called at 10:15 Sunday morning for an apparent suicide attempt. Deputies received information that led them to believe a woman jumped from the overpass into the water.During the investigation, authorities was able to locate the woman who is safe and being evaluated by medical personnel, according to officials.L
