Pot legalization advocates push 'Fresh Start Act'

Marijuana legalization backers are filing 236,759 signatures today for a “Fresh Start Act” to give those with misdemeanor pot convictions a chance to have them erased from their record. The Fresh Start Act would only work next year if Ohioans this year approve State Issue 3, which would legalize marijuana use for those 21 and over and for medicinal purposes.
