Port Columbus’ customer-satisfaction rating has improved

Port Columbus ranks just about average in customer satisfaction among medium-sized airports in North America, according to the J.D. Power 2015 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. But work has been underway for some time aimed at moving that satisfaction needle up.
