Police: Suspect breaks woman’s car window, shoots her

Columbus police said a woman is expected to survive after she was shot in her vehicle Thursday morning.The incident happened around 8 a.m. in the 1400 block of Crestwood Avenue.Officers arrived and found that the victim had fled the scene and was at James and Livingston Avenues.According to the victim, she was in her vehicle waiting on a friend, when two men approached her car.One of the suspects began beating on her driver’s side window with a gun.
