Police seek deposition delay in Wal-Mart shooting

Two police officers who killed a man carrying an air rifle inside a Wal-Mart in Beavercreek, Ohio, have asked a court to let them wait to give formal statements about the shooting in a lawsuit while a federal criminal investigation is pending.
