Police searching for suspect in north Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio--Police are looking for leads in a homicide investigation in north Columbus.On December 17, 2016, around 2 a.m. Columbus Police officers were called to the 1500 block of Duxberry Avenue on the report of a collapsed man inside a home.Upon arrival, officers located the victim, later identified as Darrin Mitchell, unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound.According to investigators, Mitchell was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition where he later died. There are
