Police searching for missing 12-year-old from west Columbus

Police are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl from west Columbus.Amal Jees Ali left on foot in the neighborhood of Eakin Road and Wedgewood Drive around 2 p.m. Thursday.She is described as a black female, black hair, brown eyes, 5' and weighing 100 pounds.Amal was last seen wearing a dress in an unknown color and a head scarf in an unknown color.Please contact Columbus Police Missing Persons Unit with information 614-645-4624.
