Police searching for information on 2017 homicide case

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Cody Virgil Nichols was shot and killed on August 4th, 2017. Now, Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for any information leading to the arrest or indictment of the killer.Reports of shots fired came into the Columbus Police Department at 1:52 a.m. on Aug. 4. Officers arrived at 735 Dalton Court to find Cody Nichols lying in the hallway, suffering from a gunshot wound.
