Police search for missing man who left local hospital on foot

COLUMBUS - Columbus Police are searching for a missing adult who checked himself out of a local hospital and left on foot.John Stephen, Jr. 69, was last seen around noon on July 13 in the area of North Broadway and Olentangy River Road.Stephen is described as a white male, with blue eyes, 5-foot-10 inches, weighing 175 pounds.
