Police search for driver involved in deadly hit-skip crash in southeast Columbus

COLUMBUS - A woman was killed in a hit and run crash near Driving Park Community Recreation Center in southeast Columbus.Police were called to 1100 Rhoads Avenue just after 12:30 a.m. They found the woman dead, but the driver did not stop.Investigators say evidence on the scene shows the woman was hit by a car and dragged from the area of East Whittier Street and Fairwood Avenue to the area near the rec center.
