Police offering reward for information in woman's death

COLUMBUS -- Police are still searching for answers in a homicide case from 2016.On Jan. 2, at7:25 p.m., Columbus police officers were sent to the area of Fair Avenue and South Napoleon Avenue on a report of a woman lying in the middle of the street.Police say when officers arrived, they found a woman, later identified as Judith Frum, suffering from a gunshot wound.She was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead at 9:03 p.m.Frum and her mother lived around the corner from where sh
