Police investigating threatening letter received at Circleville newspaper

CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio – Circleville police are investigating a suspicious letter received at a local newspaper on July 5.Officers were called to the Circleville Herald after staff received a letter with what appeared to be threats toward the newspaper and the people who work there.The letter said there was fentanyl in the letter’s envelope, according to police.Police said a substance was found in the envelope and a HAZMAT team took the substance on July 6 to a laboratory for testing.Poli
