Police investigating South Side fatal shooting

Columbus police are investigating a fatal shooting on the South Side. Police said a man was shot at a house on the 400 block of E. Markison Avenue, just east of Parsons Avenue. The man was taken to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Police have not released the man's name pending notification of his family. Sgt. Stan Latta said so far, witnesses are not cooperating.
