Police identify victims, suspect in Southwest Side shooting

Columbus police have released the identity of the 2-year-old girl fatally shot Tuesday night. They said Amiyah Bice had just celebrated her birthday over the weekend. The girl’s parents, 25-year-old Jessica Stanford and 28-year-old Julian Bice, as well as a suspect, 51-year-old Norman Robert Burke suffered non-life threatening injuries and remain hospitalized at local hospitals.
