Police identify victims in deadly northeast Columbus shooting 

One person was killed and another was injured after a shooting in northeast Columbus Thursday afternoon.Columbus Police said officers and medics were dispatched to the area of Joyce Avenue and Republic Avenue around 1:30 p.m.Officers found two victims on a porch suffering from gunshot wounds to the face.Police said 20-year-old Theodore A.
