Police identify suspect in Marion officer-involved shooting

MARION, Ohio – Marion Police and Marion County Sheriff's Office have identified the suspect in the officer-involved shooting in Marion Tuesday. Matthew W. Lust, 33, of Bucyrus allegedly shot his estranged girlfriend while she was sitting in her vehicle around 4:46 p.m in the area of Baine Avenue between South High and South State Street.The woman's injuries are not life-threatening, according to police.
