Police identify man shot in chest, found at Short North bar

The Columbus Division of Police says one man was shot in the chest in the Short North area on Thursday night.Police told 10TV officers responded to the intersection of N. High Street and E. 6th Ave. around 9:40 p.m. for a report of a shooting victim.Police said Teris Neal walked into North High Brewing. They are still trying to locate where the shooting happened.Neal was taken to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in critical condition but has been upgraded to serious.Investigators
