Police identify man killed in Hilltop shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio - One person is dead after a shooting in the Hilltop area of Columbus Thursday night.Officers were called to the 300 block of South Oakley Avenue just before 11:30 p.m. They found the victim, identified by police as 37-year-old Ernesto Merida Argueta, suffering from gunshot wounds.Argueta was taken to Mount Carmel West Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 11:45 p.m., according to Columbus police.Police believe Argueta was in the rear of the location on S.
