Police identify man killed after being struck by multiple vehicles on Refugee Road

COLUMBUS - A 40-year-old man died after a hit-and-run in southeast Columbus, according to Columbus Police.It happened just after 6 a.m. at the intersection of Refugee Road and Tennyson Boulevard. According to a press release from Columbus Police, William Ray Johnson was crossing Refugee Road at Tennyson Boulevard from the north to the south side.
