Police identify man found shot to death on South Side

A Near East Side man was shot and killed on the South Side overnight, but Columbus police have little else to go on. Officers were called at 5:48 a.m. today to the intersection of Smith Road and Oakwood Avenue and found the body of Rayshaun Steward, 31, near an alley.
