Police identify man found dead on Far West Side on Sunday

Columbus police have identified the man found dead on a Far West Side roadside Sunday as 19-year-old Elvis Rivas. Rivas’ body was found at about 7 a.m. Sunday near Hall Road and Cowton Drive, police said.
