Police ID woman struck, killed in Delaware

Police have released the name of the pedestrian struck and killed late Monday night by a motorist in Delaware. Erika L. Ell, 29, of Delaware, was walking northbound along Route 521 with another woman when a northbound SUV approached them from behind and struck Ell.
