Police ID man killed in East Side shooting

Columbus police are investigating a fatal shooting on the East Side last night. Police responded to a call of shots fired at 11:04 p.m. at Napoleon Avenue and E. Main Street. Anthony R. Sowell Jr., 27, was found shot multiple times in the street. Sowell was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:13 p.m.
