Police: Fugitive arrested in Ohio bites off fingertips to hide identity

TALLMADGE, Ohio (AP) — Police say a fugitive from Tampa, Florida, who didn't want to be identified by his fingerprints during a traffic stop in northeast Ohio chewed off his fingertips.
