Police discover meth lab inside Whitehall apartment

WHITEHALL, Ohio –Hazmat crews responded to the 3800 block of East Broad Street at 9:36 p.m. Saturday.According to Whitehall Police, officers requested assistance after a meth lab was found inside in one of the apartment units. Whitehall fire and police were on scene late Saturday waiting for a warrant to get in the building and clean up the chemicals.Whitehall Police Sgt. Brian Smith tells 10TV no one was arrested and there were no evacuations.This incident remains under investigation.
