Police charge man in September fatal shooting

Columbus police have charged a Northeast Side man in a September fatal shooting of a man in Linden. Police on Thursday morning say a murder charge has been filed against Stephon E. Richmond, 25, of the 6900 block of Garden Terrace Road. Police don't know where Richmond is, and consider him armed an dangerous.
