Police ask for help in finding hit-run driver who killed motorcyclist

Columbus police say they need the public’s help in identifying the hit-and-run driver of a car that struck and killed a motorcyclist in the University District last month. After a review of security video, investigators said they believe that Robert Hileman was hit by a dark-colored – possibly black or dark blue – car as he drove a motorcycle on N. High Street, near E. Hudson Street, about 4:35 a.m. on Dec. 12.
