Police arrest 2 suspects after deadly shooting in Newark

NEWARK, Ohio – Police have arrested two people after a deadly shooting Wednesday night in Newark.According to Newark police, they were dispatched to the 200 block of Elmwood Avenue just after 10 p.m. on a reported shooting.Upon arrival, officers found 28-year-old Matthew P. Helman. He was taken to Licking Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead from a single gunshot wound.During the investigation, authorities identified 26-year-old Delaney Desmond Daniels and 23-year-old Brianna Loh
