Plane crashes during Veterans event at Ashland County airport

Minor injuries were reported after a plane made what authorities described as a "crash landing" at the Ashland County Airport Saturday morning. The plane, described as a restored Navy SNJ-4 aircraft, was involved in a Veterans Appreciation Event scheduled at the airport. The Ashland post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol were investigating the incident along with the Ashland County Sheriff's Office, according to an OSHP dispatcher. A flyer for the event advertised Military Jeep rides, military me
