Plan full of 'lofty ideas' on improving food access

Columbus Public Health Healthy Food Access Program Manager Cheryl Graffagnino gave a presentation last week to the North Side Health Advisory Committee on the draft of a Local Food Action Plan that was developed over the past 18 months. From making sure that residents of Columbus and Franklin County have access to food that's both healthful and nutritional, to economic development related to food, working together is what the draft of the Local Food Action Plan touches on time and again.
