Pipeline protester due in court Wednesday

COLUMBUS, Ohio - One protester arrested after chaining himself to a minivan at the intersection of 3rd and Broad Street will be in court Wednesday.A group of people began protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline around 11 a.m. Tuesday.The protest was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at The Ohio Statehouse for Solidarity with Standing Rock Water Protectors.As protestors moved from the statehouse along East Broad Street, a protester drove a minivan into the intersection chained himself to the axle of the van
