Pike County road reopens, but normalcy slow to return

PIKETON, Ohio — In the days since eight Rhoden family members were killed in Pike County, residents of Union Hill Road have had to show photo identification just to drive up the road and into their driveways. But those living along the quiet country road saw a little more normalcy Monday as the road that’s been barricaded for more than three weeks was finally reopened to the public.
