Pickaway County man charged with kidnapping, assaulting second young girl

A second girl has come forward to accuse a Pickaway County man of kidnapping and assault.Last month 10TV reported William Weaver is accused of snatching a 10-year-old girl on the street and assaulting her."She was shaking, and I got to her, I scooped her up and hugged her and she kept saying, man, a man, a man, touch, hit, man.
