Person killed by train in northwest Columbus

COLUMBUS -- One person was struck and killed by a train in northwest Columbus late Wednesday morning, according to a tweet by Columbus police.It happened at 11:45 a.m. when police got a call regarding an incident on the train tracks east of Snoffer Road and Bride Water Boulevard.CSX railroad told police that a pedestrian was on the tracks and was struck by the train.Snouffer Road was closed between Bride Water Boulevard and Linworth Road, immediately following the incident, but has since reopene
