Percy Squire gets law license back after client funds mishandled
Once prominent Columbus lawyer Percy Squire, suspended from the practice of law in 2011 for mishandling and borrowing nearly $250,000 in client funds, received his law license back today from the Ohio Supreme Court. Squire admitted using client funds as a “slush fund” in violation of rules governing the handling of trust accounts, prompting the court to indefinitely suspend him four years ago.
