People forced to jump from windows to escape west Columbus fire

COLUMBUS - Firefighters have extinguished a two-alarm fire on West Rich Street which started just before 3 a.m. Wednesday.Chief Steve Martin reported that emergency responders took 13 people to the hospital with minor injuries, such as cuts and burns.Smoke filled the stairwells and halls, according to Chief Martin.
