Pedestrian struck, killed by train in Delaware County

A pedestrian was killed this morning after being struck by a train east of the city of Delaware. Delaware County 911 dispatchers took the call about 8:20 a.m., said Patrick Brandt, director of Delaware County emergency communications. Authorities were trying to determine if the incident happened in the city or county.
